Bikes showed up promptly and in great shape. The customer service team took care of replacing the missing handlebar stem transit strap. They shipped it on 13/12/2022, and it finally got here on 18/2/2023 through Royal Mail parcels. Not entirely sure what caused the hold-up, but I’m just glad they didn’t overlook our missing part.

This bike is just fantastic for what you pay. It's tough and well-built, offers ample battery life for my everyday rides, and I keep getting compliments on it.

Alright, so I’m really into it now. No issues with the bike itself, but... I swapped the tyres for some 20x195 from Halfords, both front and back, and wow, what a difference! Cost me about £40 for the pair. The original ones were too thin, making every bump feel like a mountain. I also upgraded the brakes since the front and rear power kinda dwindled over time. I put in hybrid hydraulic brakes and discs, specifically the I-zoom HB 100 for both ends, which set me back £55. With these enhancements and cranking the top speed up to 19mph, it’s just right for my daily commute. I’d totally recommend it over a bunch of other bikes out there; it’s tough, dependable, looks fantastic, and now it rides and stops like a dream. If it ever got lost, I’d definitely grab another one. Awesome bike, especially with the upgrades.

Amazing bike experience! It showed up in less than a day. The pannier rack was super simple to put on. Just took it out for my initial ride—11 miles and cruised up some pretty steep hills without breaking a sweat. The ride was really smooth.

When folded, it fits perfectly in the trunk of my smart car.

Kudos to everyone involved for making such a stylish and budget-friendly e-bike.

This folding eBike is truly remarkable. Since I was purchasing it online without seeing it first, I had quite a few questions. Mark from Pedibal was super helpful both before and after I made the purchase. The package showed up really fast and putting it together was pretty straightforward. It’s a well-crafted bike and a joy to ride. The power throttle gives you instant acceleration, which is awesome for climbing hills, and the different levels of power assistance (from 1 to 5) have been a real lifesaver when facing headwinds. With a full battery, I’m getting around 35-40 kilometers of assistance. It’s a fantastic bike that I’m more than happy to recommend to others.

Yesterday, my wife and I grabbed our two bikes straight from Mark, who provided us with top-notch, personal service. We’re really thrilled and amazed at how comfy the ride feels, with such quick power from both pedaling and the separate throttle. This Navigata is a fantastic piece of equipment! It works great, feels comfy, and folds up super easily. The service, from the sales team to support, has been genuinely outstanding.

Overall, everything was awesome! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a stock issue. My order was processed, billed, and sent out as soon as it was in stock.

The customer support deserves a solid 5 stars; it's truly one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.
